Why haven't I been called back regarding order status?

We are truly dedicated to making our timeline. Often companies that do sublimation that allows for customization or custom text take 6 weeks not 10 business days. In order to work at this pace we can't call customers regarding order status and order timelines. The info regarding the production timeline can be found on the webpage where your order was placed. 

We know that we ship items out on time but sometimes there can be a misunderstanding of production schedule. Often at first glance customers see production schedule in days not noticing that it is business days and that tracking info is loaded the first business day after shipping. Please also remember that shipping time is in addition to production schedule. Please refer to the key factors of production schedule here regarding status. 

If we get a call regarding order status or updates we do check into it but the info will be sent to the customer's email that was listed on the order at checkout.
