              SUBLIMATED TIGER CHEER UNIFORM

The sublimated cheerleading uniform includes the graphics shown, includes custom text. The cheer skirt comes with built in boy short briefs.

COLORS

Uniform colors: This uniform allows primary, secondary, and accent colors.

 

Text colors: The text colors will be done in the secondary color and white, as shown in example

TEAMNAME: This text is on the chest allows up to 16 characters including spaces


YOUR TEXT: This text is on the upper back and allows up to 16 characters including spaces


LETTER ON BOTTOM OF SKIRT: This can have up to 2 characters including spaces

PRODUCTION SCHEDULE

STANDARD PRODUCTION: 10 business days

 

ORDER DATE: The date the order is placed, if placed after 5pm PST, weekend, or holiday the "order date" will be the following business day. 

EXAMPLE: Order placed Friday at 5:01pm PST, the "order date" will be Monday and first business day of production would be Tuesday.

 

PRODUCTION DAY 1: Order starts the first business day after "order date"

 

LAST BUSINESS DAY OF PRODUCTION: 10th business day of production, please remember weekends and holidays are not production days.

 

SHIPPING: Business day 11, tracking is emailed the following business day.

Please note that our customer service is closed on Fridays and while orders ship as scheduled tracking numbers are only emailed Monday-Thursday.

Status updates or tracking numbers are not available before business day 12. The above timeline is EXACT not an estimate, orders never ship early or late.

STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard shipping is UPS ground, 3-5 business days. This is the only shipping option available to Alaska and Hawaii. 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited shipping is UPS 2 BUSINESS day shipping, this doesn't include weekends and holidays. This service is NOT offered to Alaska or Hawaii residents.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO's, or outside the US (check our ebay store for global shipping), we require physical address for all orders. Often PO box customers use their local UPS store address.

 

CAN I CALL IN MY ORDER?
No, orders must be placed online. This takes out human error that can happen by us writing text down vs imputting it online by the customer
