Why haven't I been called back regarding order status?

Store hours are 8-5 PST and closed on the weekend/holiday. Fridays are production days only, in order to provide a fast timeline we need this day for production and emails and phone calls aren't returned on this day. If you called for an update please check your email for a response.


  • The ship date will never change, it's based on the order date/time and the production schedule. The production schedule can be viewed on the uniform webpage. 


  • Please remember the production schedule is business days, this doesn't include weekends/holidays

 

  • Tracking info is loaded/emailed the first business day after shipping. We don't send emails on Fridays or weekends, if you should have received tracking on a Friday please look for it on Monday.


  • Orders ship the first business day after the last business day of production.


  • First business day of production is the first business day after the order is placed. If the order is placed after 5 pm, weekend/holidays the "order date" will be the next business day. 


  • Please also remember that shipping time is in addition to the production schedule. Please refer to the key factors of production schedule here regarding status. 


  • Please know we don't ignore calls/emails regarding order status and always respond. When we receive calls or emails checking order status we will email not call the production timeline to the email that that was listed on the order at checkout. We are happy to help anyone figure out their production schedule/ship date as we know it can be kind of confusing.
